faciliSmart™ is a web-based building management system (BMS) that allows you to collect, compile and utilize key property assets, documents, plans and information.

STEP 1: Upload Floorplans

This will form the foundation of your faciliSmart™ access portal. Our system set-up gurus will digitize and upload your blueprints or floor plans into the system, then log important data upon a site analysis.

STEP 2: Site Analysis

In this step, we locate and identify your critical building systems. Next, we'll load this data into your digitized floorplans in the system. Examples of these critical systems include (but are not limited to):

• Water Shutoff
• Electrical Panels
• Mechanical Room

• Power Shutoff
• Fire Control Panel
• Communications Panel

• Fire Dept. Connection
• Sprinkler Control Valves
• Natural Gas Shutoff

STEP 3: Document Normal (Pre-Loss) Conditions

Here we will thoroughly photograph your entire property – inside and out – so you have solid documentation of the condition of your property in it's "normal" condition, i.e. before an emergency, catastrophic or disaster-related event. This makes insurance claims faster and easier while providing the maximum payout benefit for your claim.

STEP 4: System Training

Our customer support team will walk you through the entire faciliSmart™ training module, step by step, until you feel comfortable with the intuitive, easy-to-use system. We'll also upload your customized maintenance schedules and repair manuals at this time, so all your important documents are located in one place, accessible from anywhere.

STEP 5: Using the System

At this point, you're ready to start taking advantage of all that the faciliSmart™ system has to offer. You're tracking building maintenance, documenting damages and repairs, and adding contacts to your database. Our 24/7 Support Team is standing by throughout the whole process, ready to assist you in any way possible to make sure you're getting the most out of faciliSmart™.
